How do lease transfers work?

The individual wishing to assume your lease submits a credit application to Swapalease. The Application is then processed for credit approval. If approved, lease transfer documents are prepared and signed by you and the assuming lessee. The transfer is complete when the signed documents are returned to Swapalease and processed.
